The rules for using Vivre Wire: what you can do with our content, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.
Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Vivre Wire website and services, published by VIVRE LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our content and copyright
The articles, images, graphics, logos and design on Vivre Wire belong to VIVRE LTD or to the people who license them to us. You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts of our work for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as you credit Vivre Wire and link to the original.
You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or otherwise reuse our content beyond that without our written permission. To ask for permission, email contact@vivrewire.com.

Comments and submissions
You are responsible for anything you post or send to us, including comments, tips and pitches. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights. By posting a comment, you allow us to display it on the site. Our Comments Policy sets out the rules, and we may remove content that breaks them.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Vivre Wire infringes your copyright, email contact@vivrewire.com with the link, details of the work, and proof that you own it. We will review it promptly.
Changes and suspension
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Lagos State will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
